Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Monitor and update the project progress in accordance with the baseline plan.
- Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays or issues proactively.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to align timelines and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and lookahead schedules for internal and client meetings.
- Evaluate contractor or subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master schedule.
- Conduct delay analysis and provide EOT (Extension of Time) justifications, when required.
- Support risk management by identifying and reporting schedule-related risks and mitigation plans.
- Assist in resource planning and workload forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company planning standards, procedures, and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in delay analysis and claims is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, EPC phases) is an advantage.
