Requirements:
- Min. 8 years’ experience in software development, implementation, design & support.
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, JQuery, HTML5/CSS.
- Experience with Spring Framework, REST API; knowledge of iOS (Swift, Objective-C) & VB6 is an advantage.
- Proven track record in leading small-medium dev teams & delivering successful projects.
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT/IS/CS.
- Skilled in Agile methodology, Git, and code quality best practices.
- Strong communication skills; creative problem solver with passion and persistence.
- Bonus: exposure to microservices, cloud-native, containers, Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of web, iOS, and desktop applications.
- Oversee architecture planning, construction, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance products & features.
- Actively support UAT, production, and disaster recovery (DR) activities.
- Work with Infrastructure teams to ensure system availability and stability.
- Support smooth project transition to BAU operations.
- Monitor and improve application performance (code quality & user experience).
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to IT governance standards.
- Manage and update the technology stack, adopting new tools/technologies to boost efficiency.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
