Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure within scope, time, and budget.
Work closely with stakeholders including healthcare professionals, IT teams, vendors, and government bodies.
Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines aligned with healthcare compliance standards.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies.
Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements (e.g., PDPA, HIPAA).
Facilitate change management processes and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and dashboards to senior management and clients.
Mentor and guide project team members and ensure continuous improvement in delivery standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 12 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a Project Manager / SPM role.
Proven experience in managing healthcare IT or public health domain projects.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, EMR/EHR platforms, HL7, and other relevant standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred.
Experience working with government or public sector healthcare agencies is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
