Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
- Expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Frontend experience with Angular / React / Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of insurance domain systems/processes preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Minimum 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with focus on Java-based back-end systems, microservices, and APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and insurance domain experts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Build, test, and deploy microservices that integrate with internal and external APIs.
- Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with insurance industry standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, DevOps, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
