Job Description:
We are looking for a PMO / Project Analyst with strong experience in the insurance industry, focusing on CRM and contact center environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in program governance, operations transformation initiatives, and delivering SteerCo updates across multi-market efficiency programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support program and project governance across insurance CRM and contact center transformation initiatives.
- Track, monitor, and report progress of multi-market operations efficiency programs.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality SteerCo and management updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of program objectives.
- Support risk, issue, and dependency management across projects.
- Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and reporting standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven PMO / Project Analyst experience within the insurance industry.
- Strong exposure to CRM systems and contact center transformation programs.
- Expertise in program governance, reporting, and executive updates.
- Experience in supporting operations transformation and multi-market efficiency programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and documentation capabilities.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
