Job Summary
The Cook / Senior Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of dishes. Production Kitchens are responsible for the receiving, storing, organizing, distributing food and supply items. Preparation of daily mise en place.
Job location: Central Kitchen (Berjaya Times Square KL)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food effectively and efficiently, meeting the company operations manual and gold standards.
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
- Keep up to date with the current promotions and new items in the menu.
- Maintain the kitchen cleanliness (housekeeping), food hygiene and safety standards.
- Execute any other duties as assigned.
- Able to work in central kitchen.
Requirements
- Food preparation or/and cooking
- At least a technical certificate in Culinary Art/ F&B or any related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in kitchen as a cook or/& food preparation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
