Job Description
1. Assisting with the preparation and serving of all meals and beverages to customers, ensuring great customer service at all times
2. Assisting in the effective management of stock and portion control
2. To receive, stack, and properly store food in kitchens, cold storage, and storerooms and transfer food and supplies to the kitchen as needed.
4. Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy, assisting with waste removal and washing up.
5. Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
6. Completing any administration as requested including food temperatures, wastage and cleaning schedules
