Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Study/International Business or have 1-2 years experience freight forwarding/logistics industry
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin is added advantage (able to communicate easily with overseas agent)
- Adaptable to perform indoors or outdoors sales
- Possess own transport (Car) and no travel issue
- Eager to learn and able to work under pressure
- Able to comprehend and execute with innovation to company direction
Job Descriptions:
- To ensure Key Account Customers are retained with the prospect for further business opportunities developed
- Ensure email responses ae executed in a timely manner
- Ensure shipping / transportation activities are in compliance with legal statutory
- To assist CS operations in coordinating air/ocean/trucking shipments, if required
- Coordinating with the business development manager to follow-up on all sales leads
- Ensure local support to global network partners in an effort to develop more business opportunities
- Attend to customer service failures and complaints promptly and efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
