Position: Junior Executive
Report to: Assistant Manager / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
a. To proactively build existing business and generate new business opportunities.
b. To passionately provide customer service through good rapport and relationships including understanding and qualifying of requirements, technical recommendations, issue resolutions and support.
c. To participate in the formulation and commitment to the implementation of the company's sales plans in line with corporate objectives.
d. To ensure the meeting of sales target and closing of sales in a professional and effective manner.
e. To respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information about the company and its products and service offerings.
f. Any other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Academic Qualifications:
a. Diploma/Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience / Skills Requirement:
a. Must possess good leadership skills to drive management of results.
b. Must be independent, passionate, self motivated, and results driven to be able to work with minimal supervision to achieve KPIs set.
c. Must possess good build and solving values to generate sales growth.
d. Must possess strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
e. Must be proficient, both written and verbal, in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
f. Must be able to communicate business proposals and technical issues with good presentation skills.
g. Must possess own transport and willingness to travel.
