- Handle monthly and annual financial statements for parent and subsidiary companies.
- Assist with group-level consolidation.
- Oversee closing activities and account reconciliations for all subsidiaries.
- Coordinate and reconcile transactions between group companies.
- Prepare audit schedules and assist with tax filings (including SST).
- Track and report group cash flow; propose fund movements if needed.
- Maintain adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.
- Provide insights to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Liaise with finance teams across the group to ensure accurate reporting.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in accounting.
- Experience in a group of companies or audit firm is preferred.
- Exposure to consolidated accounts is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems such as SQL, SAP, Oracle, UBS, or other ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, especially in dealing with different subsidiary finance teams.
