Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work aligns with financial targets.
- Assess variations, prepare valuations, and assist in claims management.
- Prepare progress claim and sub con certificate.
- Prepare quantity measurements as required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
