Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and visionary Content Lead to spearhead our content and video strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and emerging video platforms. This role blends creative storytelling with performance marketing, ensuring our content not only captivates but also converts. You will lead a talented in-house team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and leverage the latest AI tools to drive our brand forward.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Ideation & Storytelling
- Develop innovative content concepts tailored for Meta, TikTok, and other video-first platforms.
- Craft compelling narratives that communicate PTT Outdoor’s brand story and highlight our products in ways that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Lead dynamic brainstorming sessions, translating business objectives into actionable and engaging content ideas.
Ad Creation & Performance
- Design and produce high-performing ads optimized for direct response and brand engagement, utilizing best practices for Meta and TikTok.
- Analyze ad performance data, iterating on creative output to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
Production Leadership
- Oversee the entire content production process, from scripting and shooting to directing and editing.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house video editor, providing creative direction and actionable feedback to elevate content quality.
- Ensure all content aligns with PTT Outdoor’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice and visual style.
AI Integration
- Explore, evaluate, and implement AI tools for content ideation, video editing, and bulk content generation to streamline workflows and boost output.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor the creative/video team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure content supports broader business goals and campaign strategies.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in content creation for Meta and TikTok ads, with a portfolio of high-performing campaigns.
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and visual concepting abilities.
- Proficiency in video production, including shooting, directing, and editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership experience or clear potential to lead and mentor junior creatives/video editors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content accordingly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
