Job Description:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for hospitality venues (hostels, cafes, bars and events)
- Support content creation including copywriting, photography, and videography for social media, websites, and promotional materials
- Coordinate photo and video shoots to capture guest experiences, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content
- Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand positioning and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, events, F&B) and external vendors (designers, media partners)
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on engagement and reach
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, seasonal campaigns, and influencer collaborations
- Handle day-to-day marketing administrative tasks and maintain brand assets
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Hospitality, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; if you're passionate about marketing in the hospitality space, we’d love to hear from you
- Strong interest in branding, digital marketing, and content creation—especially videography and social storytelling
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, Canva Video)
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and trends in hospitality marketing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Willing to work on-site, attend events and content shoots, and provide support for weekend or after-hours promotions when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
