Position: Junior IT Executive
Salary Range: 2,250 - RM 2,500
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM
Location: Subang Jaya
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in IT support are encouraged to apply.
- 0 - 2 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in management system, software & programming.
- Skills: Basic computer skill, Microsoft Office (Intermediate level above), business process.
- Other system skills is on added value.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for company software and applications (ERP, HRIS, Office tools).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software on laptops, PCs, and mobile devices.
- Set up and manage company email accounts across different platforms.
- Support staff in online meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) including room setups for hybrid meetings.
- Document issues and solutions in a knowledge base and escalate to vendors if required.
- Assist with user training and prepare simple guides for frequently used applictions.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
