- Monitor daily cash flow and handling of petty cash.
- Operate computer accounting software & data entry.
- Checking accounting classification, bills and invoices for completeness and accuracy.
- Preparation monthly payments to subcontractors, all vendors and staffs’ claim.
- Assigns expenses to appropriate cost centers.
- Verify half monthly labour and sub-contractor claims.
- Preparation of monthly, annual and other periodic financial statements and reports.
- Preparation of annual audit accounts and schedules.
- Liaising with auditors and tax agents / banker.
- Updating of monthly project status and payments.
- Performs related work as assigned.
