Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive or in a related role.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts at the same time.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Calculate and process monthly/quarterly sales commissions for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Perform debt collection activities, including contacting overdue customers, issuing reminders, and negotiating payment arrangements.
- Verify, process, and track staff claims in a timely manner.
- Manage credit reporting processes via CTOS or equivalent system, including performing credit checks, updating records, and following up on outstanding cases.
- Prepare and process supplier/vendor payments, including issuing payment vouchers and bank transfers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal SOPs, and company policies.
