We're a fast-growing software provider specializing in ERP, POS, and mobile app solutions for retail, trading, and distribution. We deliver full digital transformation, backed by strong in-house development and local support.
We need an IT Technical Writer to create clear, user-friendly documentation for our cutting-edge IT solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Create Key Documents: Write and edit user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather information.
- Ensure Clarity: Review content for accuracy, consistency, and simplicity.
- Stay Updated: Keep documentation current with product features and updates.
- Improve Processes: Suggest ways to make our documentation better.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, IT, Technical Communication, or related).
- 2+ years of technical writing experience in a software/IT environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Familiarity with software development, APIs, and versioning.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#) is a plus.
