Job Responsibilities:
- Provide IT Helpdesk support and daily IT assistance for both FPT offices, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the IT team in Vietnam to ensure smooth IT operations and technical support.
- Support software projects with a reliable IT infrastructure, ensuring security compliance and driving IT advancements.
- Manage networking infrastructure, including Wi-Fi and VPN configurations.
- Maintain and support servers for development and testing, both on-premise and cloud-based.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git.
- Provide technical support for both software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Explore and integrate new technologies to enhance IT systems and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with ISM/ISO security standards.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT systems and applications.
- Handle additional IT-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Helpdesk support and troubleshooting software/hardware issues.
- Proficiency in a programming or scripting language (e.g., C++, Java, C#, Python, Bash).
- Strong understanding of MS SQL Server or Oracle.
- Knowledge of server, networking, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Excellent English communication skills for effective team collaboration.
