Job Functions:
- Responsible for inhouse hiring – technical and non-technical roles from blue collars to Managerial roles across Office, Project Implementation, Project Sites and Solar EPCC.
- Actively on the sourcing mode and built talent pool database
- Actively on social media and monitor on the job ads posting
- Conducts market research to build database pool and salary(ies) benchmark.
- Training Calendar - facilitates in TNA and scouts for Training Programs that mapped with respective department/division needs
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Atleast 3years of working experiences and exposures in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Good command in Eng, Mandarin and BM
- An outgoing, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
