1. System Management and Support:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to staff for any IT-related issues.
- Ensure the proper functioning of IT systems (servers, computers, printers, etc.)

- Implement and manage security protocols to protect company data and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor network security and prevent unauthorized access.
- Backup critical data regularly and ensure data recovery protocols are in place.
3. Software and Hardware Maintenance:
- Regularly update software, operating systems, and antivirus programs.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues.
- Manage software licenses and ensure compliance.
4. Network and System Monitoring:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to speed, security, or downtime.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure IT infrastructure is functioning optimally.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive records of IT assets, software licenses, and system configurations.
- Provide regular reports on IT system performance, issues, and resolutions.
6. Collaboration and Planning:
- Work with management to plan and implement IT-related projects.
- Stay updated on technological trends and advancements to enhance the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors or service providers for additional support.
