- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including servers, workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain our organization's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Maintain software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Manage backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect our organization's IT infrastructure from threats.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the IT infrastructure meets business requirements.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
- Provide training and guidance on IT hardware and software to end-users.
- Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other IT related problems.
- Undertake and perform any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, Manager and above when required.
