Job Description & Job Details
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours:
- 1st Shift: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Location: Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu
1) Produce and edit 3 engaging videos per day highlighting the company’s dishes, ingredients, flavors, and presentation
2) Develop creative video concepts including food preparation demonstrations, behind-the-scenes shots, and customer testimonials
3) Host daily live sessions (approximately 3 hours) to showcase menu items, interact with customers, and enhance engagement
4) Highlight promotions, new menu items, and unique offerings during live sessions
5) Collaborate with outsourced influencers to align content strategy and maintain brand consistency
6) Coordinate with influencers for joint live sessions or collaborative content to maximize audience reach
7) Manage company social media accounts, including content planning, caption writing, posting, and follower engagement
8) Respond promptly to comments and messages to ensure excellent customer service and community building
9) Stay updated on F&B industry trends, social media trends, and customer preferences to keep content relevant
10) Create, run, and monitor social media ads to boost brand awareness and attract new customers (if capable)
Requirements
1) Proven skills in video production, editing, and live hosting
2) Strong creative abilities with a good understanding of audience engagement strategies
3) Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends, especially within the F&B industry
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5) Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external influencers
6) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
7) Experience with social media ad campaigns is an added advantage
8) Willingness to work flexible shifts and be proactive in content creation
