Responsibilities:
- To assist in managing and maintaining various operation servers including the Active Directory (AD), Office 365, File Server, Application, Database and Web Servers whether it is on-premise or remotely.
- To assist in managing software maintenance and/or updates (window, etc.), Antivirus end
point protection and solutions.
- To support and troubleshoot all IT systems include of in-house developed and outsourced
such as SQL, etc.
- To provide support and monitor IT infrastructures such as server, router, firewall, network
devices and schedule backup of data and system.
- To provide technical support for end users and setting up accounts/computer/laptop for new users, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
- To provide support on telephone systems such as voice recording or other settings.
- To assist to scan, image, organize and maintain documents inside the server.
- To provide support on other administrative duties as and when required.
- To be available for on-call support as needed.
Key Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least some background in Computer Science or related field.
(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge on Microsoft application such as Words, Excel and Outlook is a plus.
- Multitasking, self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the
same time able to clearly prioritize/effectively complete tasks in a timely manner. Able to work
under pressure.
- Preferably some knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT
operations including security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
