JOB FUNCTION
- Support the Investment Associate in investment operations and reporting.
- Act in the best interest of Falnas Capital, maintaining strict confidentiality while interacting
- professionally with all levels of management, colleagues, and business associates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on financial markets, industries, and companies.
- Analyse economic trends, market conditions, and potential investment opportunities.
- Monitor industry news, reports, and forecasts to provide up-to-date information.
Portfolio Management Support:
- Assist in the development and management of investment portfolio
- Evaluate current portfolios and suggest adjustments based on risk tolerance, objectives and
- market conditions.
- Assist monitor portfolio performance and generating periodic reports.
Financial Modelling and Valuation
- Build and maintain financial models to forecast company earnings and profitability.
- Perform detailed valuation using various methods (DCF, comparable companies, etc.)
- Analyse financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess
- company performance.
Investment Recommendations
- Assist in providing well-researched investment ideas and support in preparing
- recommendations
- Prepare detailed reports and presentation that summaries findings and insights.
Client and Stakeholder Interaction
- Collaborate with private bankers and business associates to execute transactions
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, investment analysis or related role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities.
- Financial Literacy: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and assess critical financial information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
