About the Role
As Relationship Manager (Business Development), you will be instrumental in growing our asset management business by managing and expanding ultra-high-net-worth individual and institutional client portfolios. You will build strong partnerships within the bank, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients to generate income and build a robust client base.
- Identify and engage ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional prospects.
- Collaborate with other business lines to create strategic partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance and proactively implement strategies to exceed targets.
- Promote and sell private fund products through effective marketing and client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, KYC, CDD, and EDD policies.
- Maintain timely communication and documentation with clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in financial product sales and asset management preferred.
- Recognized degree, diploma, or professional qualification.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, independent, and confident in engaging diverse clientele.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a results-driven, strategic mindset.
- Solid understanding of compliance and due diligence processes.
