Experience
5-year experience in leading a support team on investment trading platforms is
a must.
Working experience in Blackrock Aladdin / eFront, BNY Oncore / Nexen /
DataVault, Cassini Workbench, Virtu TCA, Bloomberg is desirable
Knowledge in Service Now is a plus
Technical skills
Understand investment workflow and terminology
Conversant with SDLC methodology and COBIT framework
Microsoft Office & Visio
Certifications/licenses
- ITIL, CISA, or equivalent
Soft skills
Team player with leadership essentials
Excellent problem-solving skills
Work independently and under pressure
Result oriented and positive attitude

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM26,000.00 per month
