Job Summary
The Technical Administrative Support professional provides administrative assistance to technical teams by managing documentation, organizing data, supporting project coordination, and handling communication and scheduling tasks. This role bridges the gap between technical and administrative functions to ensure efficient and organized operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain technical documents (reports, drawings, specifications, manuals)
- Manage filing systems (physical and digital), ensuring version control and proper documentation
- Assist in tracking project progress and updating project management systems
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients for technical documentation and approvals
- Monitor and track technical requests, issues, or tickets using support systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Support onboarding of technical staff by preparing documentation, tools, and accounts
- Maintain equipment and software inventory logs
- Assist in compiling data for technical reports and presentations
- Handle procurement requests and monitor supply levels for technical teams
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-12 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM900.00 per month
