Job Scope:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling
- Support internal communication by drafting emails, reports, and presentations
- Help maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
- Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate logistics for team activities, trainings, or company events
- Perform basic research and analysis to support business planning
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and tracking inventory (if applicable)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a team environment
- Basic understanding of business operations and administrative workflows

Contract length: 4-12 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM900.00 per month
