Job Description:
- Assist in daily HR and administrative operations, including data entry, document filing, and record maintenance.
- Support in attendance tracking, leave management, recruitment, training coordination, and other related HR tasks.
- Help prepare and compile HR reports, employee records, and perform basic data analysis as required.
- Ensure all HR and administrative documents (e.g., personnel files, policies) are properly organised, updated, and securely maintained.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, welcome kits, and necessary documentation.
- Support internal communications such as staff announcements, memos, and email correspondence.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Carry out ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned by the department.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- 5 working days (Flexible working hours)

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
