During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: -
Roles & Responsibilities:
-To assist and coordinate with principal and supplier on the materials ordering.
-To assist in monitoring stock level and prepare stock replenishment.
-To assist in materials enquiry and quotation.
-To assist follow up and update customer feedback.
-Support the team in checking and matching invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
- Help to monitor delivery progress and confirm goods received as per quantity and quality.
- Perform other relevant support activities as and when required.
-Other administrative work as and when is assigned.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or a related field.
-Required skill(s): Microsoft Applications.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
