Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for internship students, including sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and internship requirements.
- Prepare and organize recruitment-related documents such as offer letters, NDAs, and other necessary paperwork.
- Assist in screening and shortlisting qualified candidates.
- Research and recommend new recruitment channels to enhance hiring strategies.
- Support talent sourcing and headhunting efforts for potential interns.
- Contribute to recruitment initiatives, including building strategic partnerships with universities and colleges.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, talent acquisition, and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
- Must be able to commit to an internship in Puchong.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
