What you will learn during the internship:
- To assist daily switch on / off air conditioning chillers, cooling tower, pumps, AHU/FCU and ventilation fan
- Carry out the preventive planned maintenance as instructed by Supervisor e.g. flushing chill water, greasing of bearing for fan coil unit (FCU), air handling unit (AHU) and split unit, replace the defect fan belts and bearing, the alignment of blower / motor and chemical cleaning cooling coil
- To attend all the air-cond compliant and submit report to the superior and keep documentation
- Maintain, check and record the chilled & condenser water system are within the correct parameter
