Job Title: Competent Electrical Wiremen (PW4) (Facilities Management)
Location of Project: Bukit Aman, Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Competent Electrical Wireman (PW4) who is certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga and has hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems within the facility, adhering to regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installation, wiring, repair, and maintenance works in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults on equipment, lighting systems, power outlets, and distribution boards.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of new installations and ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for low voltage (LV) systems.
- Monitor electrical system performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely, using appropriate PPE and tools, in compliance with safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Support facility shutdowns, emergency response actions, and audits as required.
Requirements:
- Certified as a PW4 Competent Electrical Wireman by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems, components, and tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and responsible.
- Experience in facilities management, industrial, or commercial building maintenance.
- Knowledge of energy-saving practices and green technology.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
