Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work:
· Assist in posting job advertisements and screening resumes
· Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
· Support onboarding and off boarding processes, including documentation and orientation
· Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats
· Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
· Assist in processing leave applications, attendance tracking, and HR reports
· Support payroll-related administrative tasks
· Participate in HR policy reviews and compliance tracking
· Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team on various projects
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4-12 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM900.00 per month
