Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- 1 Day Off Per Week
REQUIREMENTS
- Female candidates only.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling documents.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Available for a full-time internship (minimum 4 months).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and clerical support.
- Support invoice issuance, filing, and payment tracking.
- Help maintain accurate financial and HR records.
- Assist in data entry and updating accounting systems (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Help coordinate office supply inventory and staff requests.
- Participate in financial document preparation and reporting.
- Support employee records, claims, and leave documentation.
- Provide support in audit preparation and monthly financial close.
