Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
- Assist in the organisation of school events and activities
- Support academic departments with printing, exam logistics, and classroom resource management
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and direct them appropriately
- Help manage inventory and office supplies in relevant departments
- Support communication with staff, students, and parents where necessary
- Assist in maintaining records and updating internal databases
- Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors related to the functioning of school departments
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced school environment
