Position: Admin & HR Assistant - Internship
Location: Laguna Merbok, Sungai Petani Kedah
What you will learn:
HR
- Daily operations of HR functions and duties,
- Providing clerical and administrative support,
- Compiling and updating employee records in both hard and soft copies,
- Participating in recruitment activities, including interviewing and profiling,
- HR-related letters and calculating leave and benefit entitlements.
Admin
- Managing diaries and frequently controlling access to the Manager,
- Organize and schedule appointments as and when requested by superior
- Maintain updated document, data & regular update from the system & Conduct data entry
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Handle multiple projects admin tasks
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries (Administration Tasks Matters) within internal team
- Resolve administrative problems
- Organizing and coordinating events and conferences,
- Reminding the Manager of important tasks and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Ongoing of a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative and resourcefulness
- Presentable and open-minded
- Proficient in English
- Female/Male Malaysian candidates
- Young and energetic
- Can start work at any time according to your internship offer.
Internship Allowances:
- RM 100.00 per month
- Working Hour: Mon – Thursday (8.30am – 6.00pm), Friday ( 8.30am - 1.00pm)
