Developing Sales Strategies
- Identify sales strategies, analyzing selling price to achieve yearly export sales targets.
- Coordinate and participate in International Exhibition for promoting company products go for globally.
- Handle new enquiry from oversea customer and prepare quotation to bid new product/ business
- Involve in private labelling products and design.
- Involve in exhibition poster design
- Willing to travel oversea
Managing Sales Team and Shipping Team
- Lead sales and shipping team to make sure we are providing prompt service to client and smooth delivery of shipment within timeline.
- Host weekly production meeting with production, shipping and sales team to align the progress of existing orders and any ad hoc orders
Customer relationship management
- Develop and maintaining long term business relationships with international clients. This is involving pricing negotiating, contract, payment term, resolving issues and providing prompt support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Logistic Coordination
- Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements for export orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Compare and negotiate ocean/ air freight with shipping agent
Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure all export documentation, including invoices, packing list, health cert, COA, fumigation cert are prepared accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with export regulations and international standards.
- Work up with QA team to fulfil document needed by new customer for apply FDA/ import permit
Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command in English (oral and written); and able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good attitude, responsible & aggressive.
- Self-discipline & willing to travel.
- Based in Meru, Kapar Selangor.
- Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
