Client Outreach & Acquisition
- Identify and research potential clients, authors, and contributors across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, XHS, databases, industry directories, academic networks).
- Conduct direct outreach to engage prospects and introduce them to our publishing services and content solutions.
- Craft clear, persuasive messaging and write-ups tailored to different audiences.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with current clients and contributors.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the publishing process.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, communication history, publishing timelines, and engagement outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to Learn
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin is an advantage
