Job Description:
- Prepare, collect, and organize documents related to company operations (e.g., contracts, agreements, forms, reports) and follow up on outstanding items.
- Maintain and update company records and files (both digital and physical) with proper naming, version control, and secure access.
- Update and track data in relevant systems, spreadsheets, or databases (e.g., employee records, financial logs, administrative registers).
- Draft and issue standard correspondence or official documents as required (e.g., verification letters, memos, notices, confirmations).
- Coordinate and support operational processes such as verification checks, compliance requirements, or audits.
- Provide administrative assistance and support for HR, finance, and general office matters.
- Carry out any additional assignments or duties as directed by management.
Intern Requirements :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible & willing to learn.
- Able to commit for at least 3 months of internship period (longer internship duration is preferable).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
