Responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative tasks within the operations department.
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain and organize operational documents and records.
- Assist in managing schedules, arranging meetings, and appointments.
- Handle inquiries and professional correspondence efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Energetic and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, positive, and extroverted approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
