What do we need you to do?
- Attending client briefings and conducting site visits to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements and site conditions
- Collaborating closely with our team to develop design proposals and presenting them to clients
- Handling all aspects of design, including conceptualization, space planning, detailing, and construction drawing
- Conducting research and staying updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the industry
- Overseeing the installation and implementation of design plans, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications
What do we need from you?
- Possess at least Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- You are not a Diploma holder? But have similar experience in Architecture or Interior Design? We want you!
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as guidance will be provided
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Mandarin, as you need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Strong flair for 2D detailing, layout, and construction drawings will have an added advantage
- Availability to start work immediately is an added advantage
