Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Administrative) Intern to support our sales and operations team. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain real-world experience in sales support, documentation, and business administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing project documentation (Sebutharga/Tender)
- Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team
- Update and maintain sales records, quotations, and documentation
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure project timelines are met
- Perform document tracking, filing, and data entry
- Assist with general office and coordination tasks as required
Requirements:
- Malay female, aged 21–30 years old
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fast learner, positive attitude, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and within a team
