Responsibilities:
Clients Renewal & Account Management
- Focus in managing the renewal process for existing customers, including contract extensions, hardware and subscription renewals.
- Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction to ensure long-term relationship with customers.
- Proactively follow up on upcoming renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Address client concerns and work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Sales Support
- Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, and manage related sales documentation.
- Support the sales team with presentations, client communications, and coordination.
- Conduct outbound calls to existing clients and follow up on inbound leads/opportunity.
- Collaborate with vendors, resellers, and partners to ensure accurate product/service delivery.
- Track sales activities and generate regular performance reports.
Marketing Support
- Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns such as EDM flyers, on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and assist in creating marketing materials like brochures, presentations when necessary.
- Assist in Monitor and report campaign performance; conduct market research for trends and competitor analysis.
We’re Looking For:
- Candidates with inside sales, renewal, or marketing experience are highly encouraged to apply and will be prioritised.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — full training will be provided.
- Fluent in common language. Mandarin is a plus (to support Mandarin-speaking customers).
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice is preferred.
