Campaign Manager (Influencer & KOL Marketing)
We are a fast-growing and dynamic company looking for a talented and driven Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing influencer and KOL marketing campaigns that deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end influencer and KOL campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Source, recruit, and manage influencers and talents for campaigns when needed.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable influencers and key opinion leaders across relevant platforms and industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and oversee deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, and product) to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee influencer/talent contracts, reporting, and payment processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in campaign management, influencer/KOL marketing, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to source, recruit, and manage influencers or talents across campaigns.
- Experience with beauty/skincare brands or consumer lifestyle products is a strong advantage.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English & Malay, both written and spoken.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
- Able to start immediately.
