Job Description :
- Scheduling regular property preventive maintenance services
- Inspecting the property frequently for signs of damage or wear& tear
- Sourcing for contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property
- Contracting professionals for repairs as needed
- Preparing and monitoring annual budgets
- Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building occupants
- Ensuring that occupants are satisfied with the level of management
- Liaising and attending meetings with management committees
- Preparing minutes of meeting and monthly operational reports
- Maintaining of up-to-date management account
Requirements :
- Degree in Property Management or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Mature, initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong leadership skills with critical thinking and results oriented behavior.
- Good interpersonal skill and customer service experience
- Computer literate with strong written and oral communication skills
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
