You will be responsible to:
- Assist with the administration of day to day operations of the Human Resources functions and responsibilities.
- Responsible for Staff Attendance and Leave Management
- Incharge of company payroll and ensure timely payroll completion, prepare and submit monthly payroll report on a timely manner
- Administer employee misconduct records, assist in handling staff disciplinary and grievances issue and provide counselling to emplyees and issue warning letter when necessary.
- Assist in recruitment process.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Well versed in Employment Act, EPF Act and etc.
- Experience in handling foreign workers or renewal of working permits.
- Immediate vacancy.
