Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic IAM Architect to join our cybersecurity team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting robust IAM solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade IAM solutions including:
- Identity lifecycle management
- Provisioning and de-provisioning workflows
- Role-based access controls and policies
- Guide implementation teams on IAM integrations and application onboarding.
- Architect and implement:
- Identity Governance Administration (IGA) using tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, Oracle
- Privileged Access Management (PAM) using tools like CyberArk, Arcon, BeyondTrust
- Define and enforce authentication and authorization strategies including:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Federated Identity Management
- Strong understanding and implementation experience with modern protocols such as:
- OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise (SME) during client pre-sales engagements.
- Deliver architectural presentations and technical solutions to potential clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate architecture documentation, reference models, SOPs, and security guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Proven experience in designing and deploying IGA and PAM solutions
- Deep understanding of IAM protocols and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a customer-facing environment
Preferred Tools:
- IGA: Saviynt, SailPoint, Oracle
- PAM: CyberArk, Arcon, BeyondTrust
- ID Protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
- Workflow Tools: JIRA, Confluence (optional)
Additional Details:
- Relocation to Malaysia is required (visa sponsorship available)
- Contract position with potential for extension based on performance
- Maximum notice period accepted: 60 days
