Job Summary:
To coordinate the staff recruitment process, provides support for full life-cycle recruiting i.e. sourcing, posting job advertisements, shortlisting, conducting behavior-based interviews, extending offers, etc. and provide regular and updated reports of recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escalate in recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting and arranging interviews, walk-in interview and involved in Job Fair event.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate for internship hiring, interview, department allocation and documentation.
- Ensure regularly update and maintain employee personal data record.
- Assist in manage for hostel matters, employee and intern locker and etc.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.
- Coordinate and support training and development activities.
- Assisting in administration of all HR are compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist the HR Manager with any ad-hoc tasks and special projects, contributing to cross-functional initiatives that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments on assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Male candidate encourage to apply.
- Min 1-2 years experience in related field would be added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and effectively, strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to timely responses and follow-ups.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality & integrity and able to work under pressure / work in quick pace.
- Working hours 5.5days in a week.
