Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration support (if applicable).
- Contribute to HR projects such as policy reviews, process improvements, and HR analytics.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
